Now I know what you're thinking. Tom Hardy must be on steroids...I mean look at this guys traps!
Although some may be skeptical this physic is obtainable through hard work, strict diet, and over the top self-control. Apparently the diet was based around lean protein and vegetables. This means high amounts of chicken, protein shakes, and broccoli. His workout consisted of 2 hours of weight lifting, 2 hours of sparing, 2 hours of choreography, and 2 hours of MMA training. Of course the average working man or woman can not focus 8 hours of the day to working out but we are here to discuss Tom Hardy and his transformation. This daily regimine went on for 5-6 days a week for 2 months prior to filming. Below is a video of the behind the scenes of "Warrior" with a look at some of the training done by the actors (including Hardy).
